Th e present second petition has be e n filed under Section 439 of the Code of Cr i minal Procedure, 1973 (now S ection 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraks h a Sanhita, 2023) for grant of r e gular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FI R No. 412 dated 24.06.2023 registered under Section 21(c) (Section 27-A added later on) of the Narco t ic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Sirsa Cit y , District Sirsa. 2. Le a rned State Counsel on instructions from ASI Anil Kumar, No.153, submit s that the petitioner is involved in another case bearing FIR No.320 dated 2 5.06.2025 registered at Poli c e Station City Sirsa, Sirsa pertaining to re c overy of 129 grams of heroin. 3. After arguing at some length and u pon this Court expressing its disinclination t o accept the prayer made, counsel for the petitioner does not press the pres e nt petition at this stage. He, however, submits that the petitioner shall surrender before the Trial C o urt within a period of two
