The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to him in case FIR No.0008 dated 02.02.2025 registered under Sections 333, 127(2), 115(2), 117(2), 191(3), 190 of BNS, 2023, at Police Station Ramdas, District Amritsar Rural.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 08.04.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 08.04.2025 passed by this Court is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join investigation, as and when called by the Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
