By way of present petition, the petitioners are seeking the quashing of FIR No. 213, dated 23.11.2022 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Majitha, Amritsar Rural, Amritsar along-with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

It has been informed by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner No.2 has been exonerated and challan in the present case has been presented before the Court concerned. He further submits that he does not wish to press the petition at this stage.

However, he seeks liberty to take all the pleas qua petitioner No.1 before the Court concerned at the relevant time, as disputed question of facts are involved in the present case, which can be established by leading evidence
