Present petition filed on 19.0 3 .2025, seeks to assail the orde r dated 04.0 3 .2025 passed by the Trial C o urt dismissing the petitioner’ s application for regular bail in FIR No.43, dated 09.02.2020, under Section s 420, 467, 4 68, 471, 120-B and 506 of I P C, registered at Police Statio n Industrial A rea, Bhiwani, District Bhiwani.

Today, by way of CRM-2562 2 -2025, learned counsel for th e applicant-p e titioner is seeking leave to wi t hdraw the instant petition wit h liberty to a p proach the Trial Court afresh fo r the same relief.

co-accused have been granted bail by the Trial Court, and on the ground of parity, the petitioner is intending to re-approach the Trial Court.

When further questioned whether the co-accused were granted

bail subsequent to the dismissal of the petitioner’s bail application by the Trial Court, learned counsel, with commendable candour, submitted that the co-accused had been granted bail prior to the passing of the impugned order on 04.03.2025.

This submission casts serious doubt on the bona fides of the plea now made before this Court for withdrawal. However, without entering on the merits or making any observation on the reasons advanced – which indeed invite skepticism – the instant petition is permitted to be withdrawn.
