Saini V/s Central Bureau of Invesitgation and Others , wherein FIR No.RC5A of 2002 dated 26.09.2002, Police Station CBI ACUIV New Delhi, under Sections 420 & 120-B IPC, whereby it was quashed qua the petitioners therein, based on the statements made.
