This petition has been filed under section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking direction to respondents no.2 and 3 to bring the case bearing FIR No.161 dated 18.10.2016 (Annexure P-1) under Section 326/324/323/34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station City Samana, District Patiala to its logical conclusion by submitting the final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. as private respondents being influential are threatening the petitioner/complainant to withdraw the case and are deliberately delaying the matter and tampering with the prosecution evidence and the police having failed to take any action.
