Challenge in the present p e tition is to the order dated 30.11.20 2 2 (Annexure P-5) passed by t he learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), G urugram whereby cross-exami n ation of PW-7 Arun Kumar has been ordered to be closed and furt h er cross-examination of the Notary P u blic i.e. PW-4 Sajjan Singh h a s been declined and prayer for re-ex a mination of the respondent No. 4 was also dismissed.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the respondents that the p resent suit is pending since 20 1 5. The petitioner/defendant has led no evidence so far. The r espondent No.1 had paid Rs.65,00,000/- as earnest money and is y et unable to get the specific performa n ce of the Agreement to Sell. The petitioner has already filed 03 C ivil Revision Petitions, 06 m i scellaneous Appeals and 02 Transfer P etitions. It is submitted that th e refore, the plaintiff is facing
