Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the present revision petition be disposed of at this stage but liberty be granted to revive the same as and when counsel is ready to argue the matter.

In view of the same, the present revision petition is disposed of at this stage with liberty aforesaid. Along with the application for revival, the petitioners would also place on record the last three zimni orders in order to show the stage of the case.
