This is a Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 20.01.2025 passed by the Civil Judge (Jr.Div.), Ludhiana, vide which the application under Order VII Rule XI CPC filed by the defendant-respondent has been allowed.

The petitioner had filed CR-1773-2025 challenging the same impugned order in which the following order was passed:-

“1. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that some additional documents are relevant for the proper adjudication of the case including the application filed by the respondent under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC and the reply filed by the petitioner to the same and thus, prays that the present revision petition be disposed of at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same after annexing the said documents.
