Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel for respondent Nos.5 to 7 have jointly submitted that in the present case, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and compromise dated 05.03.2025 (Annexure A-1) has been entered into between the parties with their free Will and without any pressure. It is jointly submitted that the present revision petition which is pending for 09.10.2025 be preponed and be disposed of in view of the said compromise deed and liberty be granted to the petitioners to place on record the said compromise deed before the trial Court for appropriate orders.

Keeping in view the abovesaid facts and circumstances, the date of hearing in the main case is preponed from 09.10.2025 to today and is taken on Board today itself for final disposal and the same is disposed of in view of the compromise deed dated 05.03.2025 (Annexure A-1).

It would be open to the parties to place on record the said compromise deed in the main civil suit before the trial Court and on their doing so, appropriate orders, in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned would be passed by the trial Court.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand disposed of in view of the abovesaid order.
