[1] On 13.11.2025, the followin g order was passed:-

“ Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, offe r s that the respondent is ready t o vacate the demised premises i.e. a shop bounded as under before 3 1.05.2026:-

“North :Shop of t e nant Harcharan Singh (Cable TV ) , South :Shop of S h ri Raj Singh, East : GT Road , North : House o f the applicant Bachni Devi.”

The offer has been accepted by learned couns e l representing the landlord-p e titioner. However, it has bee n submitted that the rent has not b een paid since February, 2024.

The respondent-tenant i s directed to file affidavit, givin g undertaking to the following e ff ect:-

(a) that he shall h and over the physical vaca n t possession of th e demised premises on or before 31.05.2026.

(b) that he shall clea r entire arrears of rent on or before 31.12.2025 and s hall continue to pay the rent a t agreed rate every month from December, 202 5 onwards before 7 t h day of each month.

[2] At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent submits that in compliance with the aforesaid order, possession of the demised premises has already been handed over to the petitioner-landlord.

[3] The said fact is not disputed by learned counsel representing the petitioner-landlord. She however, submits that the tenant is in arrears of rent since 2014.

[4] Since possession stands delivered to the landlady, no further order is required to be passed.

¶24

[5] The present revision petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedy qua recovery of arrears of rent in accordance with law.

[6] All pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, stands disposed off .
