Challenge in the present re v ision Petition is to the order dated 04 . 1.2018 (Annexure P-6) passe d by the learned Additional Civil Ju d ge (Sr. Divn.), Dhuri vide wh i ch Warrants of Sale of the property of the petitioner has been issu e d in Execution Application No.379 o f 2016 titled as “Malwa Gramin Bank vs. Paramjit Singh”. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the present r e vision petition has been render e d infructuous as subsequent to the i m pugned order dated 04.1.2018 (Annexure P-6) sale of the property h as already taken effect and obj e ctions of the petitioner have been dis m issed by the learned Execut i ng Court vide order dated 18.12.20 2 4 whereby the Sale has be e n confirmed and the Sale
