The present contempt peti t ion has been filed by the petitioners alleging willful, deliberat e , intentional violation and disobedience of the order dated 20.05.2 0 15 (Annexure P-3) passed in CWP-167 1 2-2008, titled as ‘Rish Pal vs. U nion of India and others’ read along with order dated 20.05.2015 (Anne x ure P-4) passed in CWP-80602008, title d as ‘Devashish Chakravarty & o thers vs. State of Haryana and others’.

At the very outset, it is subm i tted by learned Senior Counsel for the pet i tioners that the directions of t h e Division Bench of this Court issued vid e order dated 20.05.2015 (Anne x ure P-4) stands duly complied with, inas m uch as, the residential plo t s have been allotted to the petitioners . It is, however, submitted that n o rates have been mentioned in respect of t he booths allotted to the petitio n ers.
