State of Punjab and others” vide which the petition was disposed of with a direction “….to Dep u ty Superintendent of Police, Dakha t o consider and decide the re p resentation/complaint dated 26.06.20 2 3 (Annexure P-3) of the petiti o ner in accordance with law within a p eriod of two months from th e date of receipt of certified copy of t h is order.”
