Learned counsel for the pet i tioner submits that contempt proceedi n gs be initiated against the resp o ndent for not complying the order dat e d 10.9.2024 (Annexure P-1) p a ssed by a co-ordinate Bench of this C o urt in CWP-14822-2024 titled a s “Dalbir Singh vs. State of Haryana and others”, whereby it was d irected that “….the parties were dir e cted to appear before the Div i sional Commissioner, Hisar Division, on 23.10.2024, at 10.00 A.M., w ho shall proceed further in accordance with law, and decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible … ..”.

the reply , the year of the main Civil W r it Petition has inadvertently been me n tioned as ‘2025’ instead of ‘2024’.

Learned counsel for the r e spondent-State submits that necessar y compliance has been made wh i le passing a Speaking Order dated 30.7.2025 (Annexure R-1); thus , no cause survives in the present p e tition.

Learned counsel for the p e titioner, appearing through video co n ferencing, submits that since the Writ Court order dated 10.09.20 2 4 (Annexure P-1) has been co m plied with while passing a Speaking Order dated 30.7.2025 (Anne x ure R-1) by the respondentauthority , nothing survives in the prese n t contempt petition and the same ma y be disposed of.

In view of the above note d facts and the submissions made by learned counsel for the petit i oner, the present contempt petition i s disposed of .
