Present contempt petition was filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 05.11.2020 passed by Writ Court. The operative part of the order dated 05.11.2020 reads as under:-

“Keeping in view the limited prayer addressed by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the Legal Notices dated 14.7.2020, 20.07.2020 and 17.09.2020 (Annexures P2, P3 and P4 respectively) by passing a speaking order in light of the aforesaid various pronouncements of this Court within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.”

Reply has been filed whereby speaking order passed in compliance of the order dated 20.04.2022 passed by the Writ Court has been placed on record as annexure as Annexure R-1.

In view thereof, no further order is required to be passed.

Consequently, the present contempt petition is disposed off.
