Prayer in this petition is for initiation of contempt proceedi n gs against the respondent for n o t complying the order dated 13.8.202 4 (Annexure P-1) passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in C WP-3288-2022 titled as “Naveep Singh and others vs. State of Harya n a and another” whereby the pe t ition was disposed of with a direction “…that in case the petition e rs submit a representation within fo u r weeks, the same be decide d in four months, which this Court ha s no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upo n doing so, after notice and hearing o ffered to them and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith . Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to their interest,
