On a Court query as to wh y against the order passed in the year 2 007 the contempt is being fil e d in the year 2025, learned counsel f or the petitioner submits th a t the Legal Notice dated 31.8.202 3 (Annexure P-2) was sent by t h e petitioner to the competent authority in the year 2023.
