Surya Prakash, Deputy Director (Administration), Development & Panchayat Department, Haryana, submits that the services of petitioner have been regularized, however, with respect to grant of financial benefits due to him, speaking order shall be within four weeks from today.

[2] In view of the aforesaid undertaking, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition any further.
