Learned counsel for the pet i tioner submits that contempt proceedi n gs be initiated against the respondents for not complying the order da t ed 20.12.2022 (Annexure P- 1 ) passed by a co-ordinate Bench o f this Court in CWP-29378-2022 titled as “Dr. Harjas Kaur vs. State of Punjab and others”, vide wh i ch the petition was disposed of with a direction “…to responden t No.1-Principal Secretary, Departm e nt of Higher Education, Pun j ab, to decide the aforesaid legal not i ce dated 18.9.2022 (Annexure P -16) by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law within a p eriod of 03 (three) months from the d ate of receipt of certified copy o f this order.”
