The aforesaid petition was filed on 16.1.2024 by Mr. Manuj N a grath, Advocate. However, ce r tain objections were raised by the R e gistry on 18.1.2024.
As per Rule 9, Chapter I, Pa r t-A, Volume V, Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orde r s, the petition, on which objection s have been raised by the Registry is to be taken back by the coun s el party, who filed it, to re-file within a period of 40 days. However , the same was not taken back f or refiling after removal of objection s . On failure, the case is to be listed before the Court for orders. F o llowing note was displayed/p u blished by the Registry in the caus e list and website of this Hon'b l e Court on 18.9.2024 and 25.9.202 4 :-
