As agreed, as per statement s of the learned counsel for th e appellant s as well as counsel for In s urance Company, separatel y recorded, a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- over and above the amount alread y awarded by the Tribunal, is awarde d to the appellants. Counse l further submitted that the entire e n hanced amount be paid t o appellant No.1-Muskan, in full & final s a tisfaction of the claim.

Accordingly, we dispose of t h is case with a direction to th e Insuranc e Company to deposit a cheque in the sum of Rs.5,00,000/ - (25% of t o tal amount) favouring appell a nt No.1-Muskan and deposi t the remai n ing amount of Rs.15,00,000 / - (75% of the total amount) i n the name of appellant No.1-Muskan w i th some Nationalized Bank i n fixed dep o sit. Counsel for the appella n ts has handed over the Ban k Account D etails of appellant No.1 to t he counsel for the Insuranc e Company , a copy of which has been pla c ed on record.

The Insurance Company s h all deposit the cheque as wel l as the F D R (Fixed Deposit Receipt) with the Office of the Lok Adalat o f the High Court within a period of s i x weeks from today. Failin g complian c e of the order, interest @ 9 % per annum shall follow o n this amo u nt till payment from the date o f this order. The appellants’
