The enhanced amount is t o be credited to the account o f the claim a nts within a period of four w e eks from today. The claimant s have und e rtaken to provide the bank d e tails enabling the respondent - Insuranc e Company to credit the am o unt through RTGS within a week.
In case the appellants/clai m ants fail to provide the ban k details fo r the purpose of transfer of a mount so enhanced here-in - above, th e insurance company will be a t liberty to issue demand draf t against t h e said amount.
It is further made clear that in case the insuranc e company f ails to deposit the amount of e nhanced compensation withi n the stipu l ated period of four weeks, it shall carry interest @ 9% pe r annum fr o m the date it became due till t he date of its realization.
The present appeal is dispo s ed of in the aforesaid terms. A copy of this order be sup p lied to the respective counse l for the pa r ties and file be returned to th e High Court.
