On the last date of hearing, when none caused representation on behalf of the appellant, the Registry was directed to notify the next date of hearing to the learned counsel for the appellant. Despite service, he has not caused representation. Notice issued to the appellant vide order dated 06.05.2024, received back unserved due to incomplete address.
Therefore, we are constrained to consign the matter to the record with liberty to the appellant to get it revived after moving an appropriate application.
