As agreed, as per statement s of the learned counsel for th e appellant s as well as counsel for In s urance Company, separatel y recorded, a sum of Rs.6,24,000/- over a nd above the amount alread y awarded by the Tribunal, is awarde d to the appellants. As pe r statemen t of the learned counsel, the e n tire enhanced amount be pai d to appell a nt No.1-Rajinder Kaur Wd/o K irpal Singh @ Kala Singh, fo r & on beh a lf of all the claimants, in full & final satisfaction of the claim . Accordingly, we dispose of t h is case with a direction to th e Insuranc e Company to deposit a chequ e in the sum of Rs.6,24,000/ - favoring a ppellant No.1-Rajinder Kau r Wd/o Kirpal Singh @ Kal a Singh, wi t h the Office of the Lok Adal a t of the High Court within a period of six weeks from today. Fail i ng compliance of the order , interest @ 9% per annum shall follow on this amount till payment fro m the date of this order. The appella n ts’ counsel may collect th e cheque/d r aft from the office of the Lok Adalat. The office shall retai n the photocopy of the cheque/draft bea r ing signatures of the counse l for the ap p ellant/appellants.
