As agreed, as per statement s of the learned counsel for th e appellant s as well as counsel for In s urance Company, separatel y recorded, a sum of Rs.17,35,000/- over and above the amount alread y awarded by the Tribunal, is awarde d to the appellants. Learne d counsel f u rther submitted that the enti r e enhanced amount be paid t o appellant No.1-Smt. Sneh Arya W/o S uriya Kumar Arya, for & o n behalf of both the claimants, in full & final satisfaction of the claim . Accordingly, we dispose of t h is case with a direction to th e Insuranc e Company to deposit a chequ e in the sum of Rs.17,35,000/ - favouring appellant No.1-Smt. Sneh Ary a W/o Suriya Kumar Arya wit h the Office of the Lok Adalat of the Hig h Court within a period of tw o months f r om today. Failing compliance o f the order, interest @ 9% pe r annum s h all follow on this amount till payment from the date of thi s order. Th e appellants’ counsel may col l ect the cheque/draft from th e office of t he Lok Adalat. The office sh a ll retain the photocopy of th e cheque/d r aft bearing signatures of the counsel for th e appellant / appellants.
