Counse l further submitted that the entire e n hanced amount be paid t o appellant No.1-Smt. Baljinder Kaur W d /o Sh. Avtar Singh, for & o n behalf of both the claimants, in full & final satisfaction of the claim . Accordingly, we dispose of t h is case with a direction to th e Insuranc e Company to deposit a cheq u e in the sum of Rs.40,000/ - favouring appellant No.1-Smt. Baljinde r Kaur Wd/o Sh. Avtar Sing h with the O ffice of the Lok Adalat of the High Court within a period o f six weeks from today. Failing complian c e of the order, interest @ 9 % per annu m shall follow on this amoun t till payment from the date o f this orde r . The appellants’ counsel ma y collect the cheque/draft fro m the office of the Lok Adalat. The office s h all retain the photocopy of th e cheque/d r aft bearing signatures of the counsel for th e appellant / appellants.
Recovery rights shall remai n intact. Appeal stands disposed of. Copy of this order be supplied/sent to the counsel/partie s
