By a detailed order, the grievance of the petitioner has been addressed to mean that the disciplinary proceedings pending against respondent No.3 have been dropped and she was promoted to the post of Superintending Engineer by reverting the petitioner. The said order dated 17.09.2017 has never been challenged by the petitioner.
