That during the pendency of above CWP, the Director General of Police, Punjab, Chandigarh vide his office memo No. 12108-12208/E-I (S) dated 10-11-2017, the Seniority of Head-Constable w.e.f 01-01-1975 to 19- 02-2008 has already been finalized in compliance with the orders passed by the Hon'ble High Court in COCP No.1492 of 2015 and in CWP No. 4229 of 2011 titled as SI-Pardeep Singh and others v/s State of Punjab and the seniority of the petitioners in the rank of Head Constable was also revised. In this regard, the copy of memo No. 12108-12208/E-1 (5) dated 10-11- 2017 and extract list of seniority of the Petitioner are attached herewith.
