Challenge in the present revis i on petition is to the order dated 13.02.202 3 , passed by the learned Pr i ncipal Judge, Family Court, Faridabad, whereby the petition under S e ction 125 Cr.P.C. filed by the responden t s was partly allowed and the pe t itioner-husband was directed to pay final maintenance @ Rs.15,000/- p e r month to respondent No. 2- minor son f rom the date of filing of the pet i tioner till the age of majority. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he m a y be permitted to withdraw t he present petition as, all the disputes between the parties stands set t led between the parties vide Settlement / Compromise dated 16.10.2024 , arrived at between the parties before the Mediation and Conciliation Ce n tre of this Court and the parties have reco n ciled and started living together .
Learned counsel for the res p ondents has not disputed the aforesaid s u bmissions of learned counsel f o r the petitioner. Permitted to do so.
