The petitioner has challenged the order dated 10.01.2022 as passed by the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur in CRR No.10-2022 , whereby the operation of order dated 17.12.2021 as passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Hoshiarpur (Annexure P-6) on an application filed by the present petitioner had been allowed. Vide order dated 21.02.2022 passed by this Court, the operation of order dated 10.01.2022 was stayed.

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as respondents have jointly submitted that the order dated 21.02.2022 may be vacated and the petition may be disposed of. However, request has been jointly made for giving direction to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur in whose Court, CRR No.10-2022 is pending to proceed ahead with the said revision petition and to dispose of the same expeditiously.

In view of joint submission so made, this petition is disposed of. The order dated 21.02.2022 as passed by this Court, is ordered to be vacated HIMANSHU 2024.02.06 10:15 to the extent to which the operation of impugned order dated 10.01.2022 was I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.
