Status report dated 30.04.2024 by way of affidavit of Rajbir Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Rural, District Gurdaspur has been filed in the Court today. The same is taken on record. Copy thereof supplied to the counsel opposite.
Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Ramesh Kumar submits that in the investigation conducted by the Investigating Agency, the petitioner has been exonerated. Accordingly, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.
