“ state that I am the resident of aforesaid address and provide DJ services at weddings. We are three brothers, the eldest brother Kewal Singh, younger Chamkaur Singh @ Bhunna and I am the youngest. All three brothers work together at providing DJ Services. The three of us were returning from Kotkapura bye-pass on our motorcycles after having dinner, my brother Kewal Singh and Chamkaur Singh were riding motorcycle bearing no. PB- 29K-1044 and I was riding behind them on motorcycle bearing no. PB- 29P6438 when we were crossing Bedi Nagar Piranwali Gali, the motorcycle of my brother was far ahead of me then at around 11:00 PM when the motorcycle of my brothers Kewal Singh and Chamkaur Singh passed by the house of the Parvinder Singh @ Gabbar son of Pritam Singh, the street lights were on and Parwinder Singh @ Gabbar who owns a 12 bore rifle and his brother Apar Singh @ Bittu who owns rifle of 315 bore were standing in their Balcony raised lalkara upon seeing my brother stating we shall eliminate him. In the meantime, Parvinder Singh and Apar Singh fired shots from their respective weapons with an intent to kill my brother Kewal Singh and Chamkaur Singh, which injured both my brothers and they fell on the ground along with their motorcycles. In the meantime, one unknown assailant came rushing to the street from the house of Parvinder Singh @ Gabbar and started firing gunshots towards my brothers. I got scared from the sound of the bullets and stopped a little early and raised a cry Maar Ditta Maar Ditta. I ranup towards my brothers and saw that they both had been injured with bullet injuries and both had bled profusely. Upon watching me raise cries, Harvinder Singh and Apar Singh fled from the spot with their respective weapons and I, upon arranging from a transport brought my brother to Civil Hospital, Moga and my brother Chamkaur Singh died there and Kewal Singh was referred to DMC,
