Pr a yer is for grant of anticipat o ry bail to the petitioner in criminal case h a ving FIR No.16 dated 14.01.2 0 23 registered under Sections 302, 307, 341, 3 23, 324, 148, 149 of IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act at Police St a tion City Faridkot, District Faridkot.

On the last date of hearing i.e. o n 08.04.2024, while noticing the following s u bmissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court had g ranted the concession of inter i m bail to the petitioner and asked him to ap p ear before the trial Court:-
