By way of filing the instant application, the applicant/petitioner seek preponement of the main case, which stands fixed for 28.11.2024.
Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submitted that he wishes to withdraw the main case itself and the same may be preponed.
In view of the specific prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner for withdrawal of the main case and in view of the reasons mentioned in the instant application, the same is allowed and the main case i.e. CRM-M-12362-2024, which is presently fixed for 28.11.2024 is preponed and is taken on board today and the main case itself is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
