Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No. 69 dated 06.10.2022 (Annexure P-2) registered under Sections 363, 366, 376(2)(n), 417 and 471 IPC and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 registered at Police Station IT Park, Chandigarh and consequential proceedings arising therefrom , on merits.
Vakalatnama filed on behalf of respondent No. 2 to 4 is taken on record.
