[1] Challenge is to the order dated 04.12.2023 passed by the learned F amily Court, Jalandhar, w h ereby, application filed by the responde n t under Section 24 of the H indu Marriage Act for grant of maintena n ce pendent lite to the respon d ent as well as minor daughter has been allo w ed.

[2] Respondent-wife filed peti t ion under Section 13, clai m ing herself to be a legally wedded wife of G u rbax Singh @ Attu in para No. 2 of the petiti o n, while referring to the status a nd place of residence of the pa r ties to the m a rriage before marriage and at t h e time of the filing of the petit i on, wife specifically pleaded as under:-
