In a suit for mandatory injunc�on (Annexure P-2) filed by plain�ff M/s Royal Industries (respondent herein) , defendants (pe��oners herein) moved an applica�on (copy Annexure P-1) for ge-ng delivered the possession of the demised premises along with machinery as Annexure ‘A’. Learned counsel contends that a2er taking lot of opportuni�es, plain�ff somehow filed reply to the applica�on but �ll date the applica�on has not been considered by the trial Court. Prayer made by the pe��oner is to direct the trial Court to decide the said applica�on (Annexure P-1).
Wihout issuing any no�ce to the respondent, present pe��on is hereby disposed of with the direc�on to the trial Court concerned to decide the applica�on (Annexure P-1) in accordance with law within next one month posi�vely.
