Petitioners have filed this writ petition under Article 226 Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari seeking quashing of impugned order dated 03.03.2021 (Annexure P-3) passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate, Fatehabad, whereby the petitioners have been ejected from the residential house (Dhani).
Learned counsel states that during the pendency of the writ petition, petitioner No.2-husband of petitioner No.1 expired on 25.02.2022 and, thereafter, petitioner No.1 has performed marriage with Anil S/o Lt. Mewa Singh, R/o Rawatkhera, District Hisar. She further states that her son from the first marriage is residing with petitioner No.1, therefore, this petition is rendered infructuous..
Dismissed as infructuous.
