2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has attached his matriculation certificate which was issued to him on 11.06.2021 and on the date when the impugned order has been passed, the petitioner already had matriculation certificate and hence, the ground given by the respondents for the rejection of the claim of the petitioner is bad.
