Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail of the remedy of statutory appeal.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
Needless to mention, the Appellate Authority shall consider the maintainability of appeal and dispose of the same expeditiously.
