India praying for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus in the form of direction to the respondent-authorities to refund the amount and decide representation dated 20.10.2022 (Annexure P-11)

Learned counsel for the petitioners at the outset confines his prayer for deciding the representation dated 20.10.2022 (Annexure P-11). He submits that

at this stage, petitioner would be satisfied, if the said representation is decided by

passing a speaking order within a time bound frame.

made by the petitioners in the present petition, respondent No.2-Competent Authority is directed to consider and decide the claim made in the representation dated 20.10.2022 (Annexure P-11) in the light of the judgment passed by this

Court in CWP-35361-2019 titled as Constable Bikramjit Singh and others Vs.

State of Punjab and others within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. In case, the petitioner is found entitled,

his claim be released within a period of six weeks thereafter.
