By way of filing the instant application, the applicant/petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the main case, which was previously adjourned sine die vide order dated 29.3.2023.
In view of the specific prayer made by learned counsel representing the applicant/petitioner for withdrawal of the main case and in view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed as prayed for and the main case i.e. CWP-11001-2021 , which was previously adjourned sine die , is preponed and is taken on board today and the main case itself is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
