Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the order dated 07.08.2023 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in CRM-M-46187-2021 titled as 'M/s Neelkanth Hospital vs M/s Viva Pharmaceuticals', vide which the similar petition has been ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. He prays for withdrawal of the present petition as well.
Learned counsel for the respondent does not dispute the aforesaid fact.
