Petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with better particulars, mentioning his sickness and prescription of medicines/drugs for the disease he is suffering from.
Ordered accordingly.
It is clarified that in case the petitioner files a fresh petition, there shall
be no need to file a fresh power of attorney and the present power of attorney shall be suffice.
The petition is disposed of as withdrawn. All pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
