At the outset, Mr. Sarabjit Singh Cheema, DAG, Punjab, has stated on instructions from SI Harmesh Kumar, that in pursuance of the order passed by this Court on 13.04.2023, the petitioner has already joined investigation and he is fully cooperating with the investigation process and he is not required for custodial interrogation.
In view of the stand taken by the learned State counsel, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 13.04.2023 is hereby made absolute.
