This is an appeal of the year 2017 and notice has not yet been
issued.
Order sheets show that on 02.08.2017, matter was adjourned on the request of proxy counsel for the petitioner. On 31.08.2018, written request was circulated by learned counsel for the petitioner and on the last date of hearing i.e. 08.08.2019, members of the Bar were abstaining from work. Even today, no one appears for the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the petition.
Dismissed for non prosecution.
