Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he be allowed to withdraw the present revision petition granting him liberty to approach the Court of District Judge by way of filing an appeal.
Permission is granted. The revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
The appellate Court may consider the request for condonation of delay in filing the appeal sympathetically for the reason that the petitioner has been pursuing his remedy before this Court under a wrong impression.
