The petitioner has approached this Court seeking appointment as Male Constable, pursuant to having participated in the Advertisement No.4/2020.
Counsel for the respondent-State would submit that on 23.06.2022, the name of the petitioner has been recommended for appointment to the post of Male Constable by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission and therefore, nothing survives for consideration in the instant petition.
In view of the recommendation of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Male Constable, nothing survives for consideration in the instant writ petition and the same is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
