Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition challenging order dated 29.04.2008, whereby provisional pension to the petitioner has been stopped, is rendered infructuous due to subsequent developments and events, therefore, petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition.
At request and with consent of learned counsel for the parties, writ petition is taken on Board for hearing today itself. Application is allowed and writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
